Narriana Silva

Producer & Head Director

Narriana Silva is the founder of MAGIC in the PNW – Character Parties and Events LLC, an award-winning children’s entertainment company. Through immersive character experiences and curated events, she brings joy, creativity, and connection to families and communities. Beyond events, Narriana teaches Philippine culture in local schools through music, dance, and hands-on activities. She is a passionate public speaker, working as a nationally recognized emcee dedicated to uplifting others. Narriana is a seasoned competitor across multiple pageant systems, proudly holding the title of Miss Washington North America 2024. 

 

With a heart for community, she creates meaningful experiences that leave a lasting impact. This passion led her to establish Miss Christmas PNW- a pageant designed to welcome all walks of life into the pageant world while supporting local charities like The Wishing Well Foundation.

Natasha Silva

Producer & Backstage Manager

Natasha Silva is the co-founder of MAGIC in the PNW, where she brings her creativity and passion to life through magical events. Affectionately known as the “local fairy godmother,” she is a beloved mother-figure to the cast, offering guidance, support, and a nurturing spirit. Behind the scenes, she manages costumes and event details with care, while also serving as a front office manager at a dental practice in University Place. Outside of work, Natasha loves being a mom, walking her dog Peanut, and spending time by the ocean. As a proud pageant mom, she finds joy in making young women feel seen, heard, and loved.

Ku’uleialoha Hoapili 

Director & Contestant Coordinator

Ku’uleialoha was born and raised here in the PNW and grew up with a great love for the area. Between working with preschoolers, to coaching high school athletes, and even volunteering her time as a character performer, Ku’u has a colorful background and a deep dedication to her community. After graduating in 2020 from Curtis Senior High School, she went on to graduate in 2024 from Central Washington University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Minor in Child Development.

 

Although this is her first real experience with a pageant, Ku’u has plenty of experience running different kinds of shows, and is enthusiastic about learning more. With these wonderful board of directors, that she is honored to be part of, she is confident that this year will be amazing!

Maricres Castro

Emcee

Maricres is a dynamic leader and changemaker whose advocacy for marginalized communities fuels her commitment to inclusive governance and the creation of resilient social networks.
Beyond her civic work, she is also a model, actress, and singer. Crowned Miss Washington U.S. International 2021, Maricres now continues her service as a Commissioner for the City of Tacoma's Commission on Immigrant and Refugee Affairs.
